HOUSING

    1. Die-casting of LNBF Housing and Scalar Ring, Housing is fromed from the die.

 

    1. Finish work ,Polishing, make the surface smooth using abrasive finishing machine

 

 

 

    1. Deburring , remove the burr, chip from the surface of LNBF and Scalar ring, this step is made by hand labor after polishing.?

 

    1. Drill &Threading , make a course in spiral for screws.

 

 

 

    1. Acid washing ,make the housing clean enough before coating.?
    2. Water rinse, move the residual acid from last step .

 

    1. Oven drying , dry the LNBF and Scalar ring after washing.

 

 

 

    1. Electrostatic coating, Powder coating, Workpieces are electrostatically coated with powder,using a spray gun to coated workpieces in the the powder room,then Heated in the oven ,to cause chemical reaction making the powder to cure, creating a highly durable finish.


 

 

 

PCB Assembly process
The PCB component mounting process has progressed from Pin-in-Hole or
Through-Hole-Technology (THT) to the faster and more flexible Surface Mount Technology (SMT).

  1. Program design- Mount PCB layout to the computer controll center.

 

  1. Paste print ,paste squeezed out to the surface of PCB.

 

 

 

  1. Place all the components onto the PCB. Computer-aided image evaluation helps the inspection.

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Reflow Soldering, In this Five zone convection reflow oven with five top and bottom heaters, Conveyor moves under the heat for a preset amount of time and then returns.This cause the solder joint reaction.

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Quality Control,Visual test on the component of every single solder joint.100%

 

ASSEMBLING AND TESTING

  1. Build in the polarization probe (linear & circular) into the feedhorn.

 

 

 

  1. Get the PCB and F connector fixed onto the LNBF.

  1. Welding Joint from F connetcor to the main board,welding linear and circular probe to the board.?

 

 

  1. Welding the crossover between probe and NE4210S01 Grid.

 

  1. Fix the ceramic dielectrics and adjust the probes.


  1. Get the shielding can fixed to the board.

 

 

 

 

  1. Adjusting of Local oscillator .First time.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Do the measurement of Gain.First time.

 

  1. Measuring Noise .First time.

 

 

 

 

  1. Get the cover sealed with gasket and waterproof glue.

 

  1. Fix the cover

  1. 100% Online Test, while connecting receiver and TV.

 

PACKING

  1. Labeling ,then put Screws bag ,Scalar ring together with LNBF into the gift box.
  2. 30 gift boxes into A main carton . Mark the C/N .
